Frank S. Pollina, MD

Dr. Frank Pollina is a board-certified physiatrist with over 45 years of experience in musculoskeletal and electrodiagnostic medicine. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University and completed his internship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, followed by his PM&R residency at Ohio State University in Columbus, where he built a strong foundation in comprehensive rehabilitative and electrodiagnostic care.

Dr. Pollina currently practices as a general physiatrist at Great Lakes Physiatrists with a focus on interventional joint care, electrodiagnostic testing including EMG and nerve conduction studies, and musculoskeletal medicine. He is dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care aimed at reducing pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life for each of his patients.

Joseph P. Femminineo, MD

Dr. Joseph Femminineo is a board-certified physiatrist with over four decades of experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University and completed his PM&R residency at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He holds dual board certifications in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and has been recognized multiple times as a Top Doctor by Hour Detroit magazine.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Femminineo has served in leadership roles including Rehabilitation Director at multiple subacute facilities and Director of the Electrodiagnostic Lab and PM&R Department at Beaumont Grosse Pointe. He has served as team physician for local high schools, and currently practices at Great Lakes Physiatrists with a focus on electrodiagnostic medicine, interventional joint care, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Christopher J. Bill, M.D.

Dr. Christopher J. Bill earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. He subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in Interventional Spine at the Cleveland Clinic, where he developed expertise in image-guided procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal pain.

Dr. Bill practices as an interventional physiatrist, specializing in non-surgical treatments to reduce pain and restore function. He performs a wide range of fluoroscopically guided spine procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablations to target pain-generating structures in the spine. In addition, he utilizes ultrasound guidance for precision joint and soft tissue injections, and performs electrodiagnostic studies (EMG and nerve conduction studies) to aid in accurate diagnosis. Recognized as a Top Doc by Hour Detroit Magazine, Dr. Bill is a lifelong East sider with a strong commitment to serving his community and helping patients improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Raymond T. Bauer, MD

Dr. Bauer specializes in inpatient rehabilitation. He leads a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers with a focus on enhancing functional ability and managing medical issues in a hospital rehabilitation unit. His passion is helping patients regain maximum function and improve quality of life. He commonly cares for patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, cancer, multiple trauma, and severe debility.

In the outpatient setting, Dr. Bauer helps guide patients who have suffered through their rehabilitation process, and assists amputees in obtaining their prosthetics.

He has been consistently named by his peers as one of the area’s top rehabilitation specialists by “Hour Detroit” magazine in its annual “Top Docs” survey.

He is a lifetime Detroiter, growing up and currently residing in Grosse Pointe. He attended the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is a man of deep faith and enjoys music, cooking, golf, and racket sports.

Michelle L. Bradley, DO

Dr. Michelle Bradley is a board-certified physiatrist with over 27 years of experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She currently serves as the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director at McLaren Macomb, where she leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering comprehensive rehabilitative care.

Her extensive training and decades of clinical experience have equipped her with expertise in managing complex rehabilitation cases, including neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Bradley is committed to helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. She is known for her patient-centered approach, emphasizing individualized treatment plans and compassionate care, and remains dedicated to advancing rehabilitation medicine and supporting patients through every stage of recovery.

Dr. Ryan Pollina earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Anesthesiology at Northwestern University. He subsequently completed a Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan, where he gained advanced training in the comprehensive management of acute and chronic pain conditions using both interventional and multidisciplinary approaches.

Dr. Pollina practices as a pain medicine specialist with expertise in a wide range of interventional spine and pain procedures aimed at improving function and quality of life. His procedural offerings include epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablations. He also performs advanced pain therapies such as spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implantation, peripheral nerve stimulators for conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD procedure) for conditions such as spinal stenosis, and basivertebral nerve ablation (Intracept procedure) for conditions such as chronic bone-related spine pain. In addition, he utilizes ultrasound guidance for musculoskeletal and soft tissue interventions, allowing for precise, non-surgical treatment of a variety of pain conditions.
